PROJECT 1: Abscentism in teachers' attendances in school
Teachers in South Sudan encounter snags and obstacles that lead to demotivation and repetitive absences that affect not only the students and community, but themselves. CUBIC conducted an intervention through thorough research to help ease these issues in South Sudan.

PROJECT 2: Behaviorally informed training & dialogue process to create buy in on the new curriculum.
Knowledge on how to teach the new curriculum is one of the key barriers found. Despite all teachers having received some sort of training, many desire training on how to use the new curriculum.
Feedback Form: A thorough survey given to teachers to hear honest feedback about the training and new curriculum.
On the left: Remind teachers their incredible value (via SMS) & let them know how their attendance ranks against others
On the right: Training Invitation.
